CVS Health HIRS Data Application
Role: UX Designer
Project Manager: Anuj Kalra, Director - Data Engineering, CVS Health
Timeline: 18 Weeks
At CVS Health, the Human Interface for Reference and Supporting Data (HIRS) application redesign aimed to simplify and modernize the user interface to improve usability, streamline workflows, and enhance data management efficiency. The project focused on creating a clean and intuitive design that caters to diverse user roles, featuring a responsive layout, streamlined table functionality, and an organized navigation structure. This redesign optimized the interface for clarity, ease of use, and accessibility, making it a valuable tool for data management tasks.
I am limited by an NDA to show data interfaces from CVS Data Enterprise Team.

Success Metrics
Task Completion Rate: Increase the percentage of users successfully completing core tasks (e.g., adding a new data entry).
Time on Task: Reduce the average time required to perform key actions like searching, filtering, or editing data.
Error Rate: Decrease the frequency of user errors in navigating the interface or managing data.
User Satisfaction: Achieve a significant improvement in user satisfaction scores (via post-launch surveys or Net Promoter Scores).
Adoption Rate: Increase the number of users actively using the redesigned features within the first three months post-launch.
Results:
Over 20 user tests, the redesigned HIRS application demonstrated high usability and efficiency. Key metrics included a 95% task completion rate, a 40% reduction in average task time, and a low 5% error rate. Positive feedback highlighted the clean layout and intuitive design, with minor suggestions for improving filter customization. These results validate the success of the redesign in delivering a user-friendly and efficient platform.
