I used interactive prototypes in Figma to help teams move faster and stay aligned while building a new client setup system at CVS.
The goal was to replace several confusing tools with one clear place where teams could set up clients, update settings, and track progress. By showing exactly how the system would work before it was built, the team could spot issues early, make decisions faster, and avoid rework.
This made the overall delivery smoother, clearer, and more efficient for everyone involved.
